The habits you do in life, can have polarizing effects on you
Let me ask you a question: how often do you wear headphones?
Whether you're in a zoom meeting, distance learning, or listening to music, we're in a technological era that has us wearing headphones very often.
The average age of hearing loss is much younger than it used to be, and our lifestyle is why.
Being more consciously aware would provide peace to one's inner ear.
We tend to think that construction workers or musicians should be concerned or use preventative measures in protecting their hearing, but it's also the daily use of headphones , dependent on the volume and duration, can have a long term impact. Since they're closer to your eardrum, through the accumulation of time, your hearing can start to deteriorate. And the effects of that, as far as we know, for now, is irreversible.
So what can we do?
Reduce the amount of time spent on headphones ( for example, less than an hour or less than 85dB output) and wearing hearing protection.
Even a blender reaches a critical level of volume, and if you like to have a shake every day, you can imagine the long term impact. Also, do not forget to sanitize your earbuds before placing them in your ears .
We're here to bring awareness for a sound mind , because hear we care.
